A love of books and writing, getting a chance to converse with fellow authors and give back to the wonderful and supportive community I\u2019ve met in the last few years.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>GET LIT wouldn&#8217;t happen it wasn&#8217;t for <a href=\"http:\/\/cfmu.ca\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">CFMU<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>93.3 CFMU FM is listener-supported radio. Our programs are produced by volunteers from the community. We address local issues, promote local and under-represented music, and feature unique voices. We give voice to those who need it. Our website cfmu.ca, has become a community information hub, providing an outlet for new music, new voices, and new ideas, expressed through audio, the written word, and video.<\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy and\/or appreciate what I\u2019ve been doing with GET LIT, I would humbly ask you to consider pledging to this year&#8217;s fundraising drive (click <a href=\"http:\/\/cfmu.ca\/fundraising\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">here<\/span><\/a>). The money doesn\u2019t go to me, but that\u2019s okay, I don\u2019t want it. I want CFMU to continue providing a platform for about 110 podcasts every week.
